Explain the activity, not just the symptom
Tell the doctor what you were doing when you first noticed a problem, whether it was a single event or a gradual change, and what you can or cannot do now. Explain the demands of the activity you want to return to.
The clinic’s published overview includes concerns following sports and overexertion. An individual examination is still needed to determine whether chiropractic care fits your situation.
A doctor with an interest in movement
Dr. Seiler’s biography describes a background in rugby and judo. That is part of his personal story, not a promise that a particular injury can be treated or that you will return to play on a set schedule.
Use the consultation to ask about appropriate activity, follow-up and when another evaluation may be needed. Do not use the website as clearance to return to sport.
Before you come in
Bring any existing reports and explain advice you have received from other clinicians. Note the movements you have changed and the date symptoms began.
Call ahead to discuss the reason for your visit and appointment availability. If you are arranging a visit for a child, confirm the clinic’s current process with the staff.
